A Country that i would like to visit

 

I would like to visit Brazil

One of my biggest dreams in life is to travel around Brazil. I'm really interested in the diverse culture, and the beautiful landscapes that they have. 

Not only is one of the largest country in Latin America, but one of the most populated in the world. It shares border with almost every country in South America, except Chile and Ecuador. It's a multiculutral country due to the diverse cultures that existed before colonization, and the inmigration that caracterizes Latin America and impact Brazil beacuse of its rich natural resources and massive industries. 

Its dimension implies a large amount of different enviroments and landscapes, alike the case of Chile, but in a bigger scale.  You can find large industrial cities, beautiful beaches, vast deserts and the biggest rainforest in the world. The Amazon rainforest is the one that interests me the most, because its one of the last large natural environments of the world, holding an unknown amount of animal and plant species, even human cultures. I dream of navegating up the Amazon River and exploring the different corners of the jungle, appreciating its natural treasure befores it ceases to exist due to the cliamate change and deforestation. 

Added to that, i love the joyfull culture they share. I would like to visit Brazil during the carnival dates and experiencing the social catharsis that they live. I really enjoy their music, like Bossa Nova, Samba and Funk Karioka. I also really admire their film industry, wich is my profession. Due to the shared history with Chile of colonization and militars dictatorship, i think it's easy to empathize with them and the stories of social violence that they live and tell in many documentaries and fictional films. 

I would love to live there someday, either studying cinema or music, or working in some of those two. I'm excited about knowing Brazilian people and their culture, speaking their language, comparing our social differences and similarities, and living new experiences in new places.
