Time travel

Hello everyone! I'm going to talk about when I would like to go if I could travel through time. 

If I had such technology, I would doubt the very decision of going to the future. The truth is that lately I've been really afraid of thinking about the future. It makes me really anxious to think about the drought that our country is living due to climate change.

 I don't want to depress anybody LOL but I'm not very optimistic about the future of the world and our country. I'd love to imagine a world of progress in values and technology, but the truth is that I imagine a distopic world such as the ones described in the movies Mad Max or Brazil .

Being honest, I would rather go to the past, but if it has to be the future, I would go to Chile in 30 years from now. 

I don't know if I would like to stay there, because I honestly don't know what to expect: I think that as a society we're living in a breaking point of history. The desicions that will be made these years are going to determine if the planet's ecosystem, and therefore, humanity can be saved. 

I would go to the future, and find out about the political and ecological situation. That way, I can prevent catastrophic natural events, or negative political events, like the ones that could happen with the neo-fascism that's arising all around the world. By doing that, I can come back and prevent these events, and propose solutions. 

Also, I'm really curious about the art and culture that will be made in the future. Older people always judge the music that the young listen to, or simply they don't understand the hype. I always talk about that with my friends, and we make hypotesis of the music of the future. 

I would go to concerts, movies, the theater and art gallerys, to find out about the culture of the future.
